Lubov Latypova

Life-Coach and Trainer

Hi. My name is Lubov Latypova, I am a life-coach and a designer of training programs for women after 40. I am also the founder of the “Star Ladies’ Life” Club. I live in the U.S., Colorado.

Why have I become a life-coach? The thing is, I used to be a very successful journalist who had collaborated with Russia’s largest (and before that – Soviet’s) editions such as “Izvestia”, “Trud” and “Economic Newspaper.” I also used to be a manager of a resource center for nonprofit organizations (by the way, I started it from scratch), the manager of a large international program’s regional office, a coach and a consultant. All this mixed together, plus a deep knowledge of psychology, plus the ability to ask meticulous questions, created an explosive mixture, which led me to success in the chosen direction of coaching. This can be confirmed by dozens of women who had carried out their personal projects on self-empowerment due to my success.

Why for women? Because their approaches to life and their thinking are very different from men’s, at whom the majority of coaching and training programs are usually targeted.

Why after 40? Because women come up to this age with the understanding of the need for change … and very often – with the fear of falling out from the usual circle, and with the haze concerning their future prospects. For me, it is the highest drive to see how they manage not only to find the right direction, but also to remember and to implement the most daring dreams of their youth with my help and with the assistance of my partners, and of course the Star Ladies’ Club support.

Eugenia Skorodelova

Project Partner

Hello! My name is Eugenia Skorodelova, and I am a partner in the project “Life in the Era of Change,” as well as a co-founder and manager of the “Star Ladies’ Life” Club.

My path to what I am now was long and difficult. Fortunately, I have always had the support of a wonderful person, Lubov Latypova, on my way to self-realization. Her questions, comments and other useful remarks often drove me to frenzy, but our conversations have always been very effective.

Now I have two businesses. One business is helping my husband in the field of photography. The other is the Internet business conducted together with Lubov and Julia Latypovs. Photos’ processing, designing electronic books, technical support for Internet projects, design and organization of trainings – this is only a small part of what I have learned during our cooperation. And I take pleasure in doing it now.

Who knows, perhaps a new project is not far off, as well as new encounters and miracles. By the way, the miracles are always present in my life!

Julia Latypova

Project Manager

Hello. I want to tell a little about yourself. My name is Julia Latypova. I am a partner of the “Life in the Era of Change” Project (www.justbestlife.com) , in which I work in a team with Lubov Latypova and Eugenia Skorodelova. In my work, I appreciate the very fact of doing a useful thing, which I just love. I found myself in this project because I am a curious and interested person, who wants to grow and move forward. And also because by profession I am a tutor and translator of English, having diverse work experience in international social programs, including, for example, the experience of conducting job skills training for women and youth, as well as being an editor of a methodical journal for teachers. This gave me the opportunity to develop a new direction in the Project “Life in the Era of Change” called “Happy Life with Russian Wife.”

This direction implies support for international families, in which one partner (the woman who got married abroad) speaks Russian, and another (her husband) speaks English (that is why this project is bilingual so that both partners have an equal understanding of its content.) After all, the greatest challenges in an international family usually occur immediately after a woman and a man start living together under the same roof. These challenges increase not only due to cultural differences, language barriers, but also due to incomprehension and underestimation of the differences between men and women in general. I mean not so much biological as psychological differences in communication and perception of men and women. We will work together to overcome challenges and achieve harmonious relations in the international couple.

I have quite a lot of favorite activities and hobbies that help remove from my life sort of “vapidity”, which usually appears when all is in place and nothing changes. I think I can express my motto as this, “I aspire to be a person, who is interesting to myself!” Maybe it sounds paradoxical, but largely because I have found interests in my “solitude”, I could notice and develop a lot of important communication skills and abilities, such as the ability to work with people and in a team, ability to listen to others, and accept another person’s point of view as it is.
